We would like to inform you about the ongoing changes in OneCard services.

In order to move forward and provide you with the best financial solutions and services, we are constantly working on new products and services. As a part of an evolution from card-oriented company to a fully functional payment service provider, we have started to work on additional program, which will allow our clients to open fully functional payment accounts for companies and offer better terms and higher limits for accounts and payment cards.

As you already know we have launched a new website: and from now on we can be reached only via this website address (previous website “” is not available any more).

Unfortunately, during the transition to our new website, we have experienced some technical difficulties and are working on resolving them as fast as possible.

Currently, login page is not available and, therefore, there is no access to your cardholder’s online portal. Please accept our sincere apologies for this unfortunate inconvenience. We value your trust and our cooperation and would like to assure you, that your funds are safe and secure. You can still access your funds through your payment card, and we are working on reestablishing an online access.

We understand the importance of this issue and it is our top priority to provide you with access to your cardholder’s online portal as soon as possible. We expect a resolution within the next 10-15 business days.

Currently available services are as follows:

Can be requested by sending an email from your OneCard registered email to;

Outgoing payments:

You can order a payment by contacting our customer support service Monday to Friday by calling the following number: +44 20 7127 5239. You can find this telephone number on the back of your card.

At this moment service is available only in English. In order to be authorized, you will be asked to provide:

  • last 8 digits of your card;
  • Your name;
  • Your address;
  • Your date of birth.
